WHO ARE YOU GUYS?

We are a local company from Star Valley, WY with big aspirations. We are the fastest-growing local weed and pest control service in Star Valley. We were officially founded in 2017 in Bedford, WY. Kaden Heiner, the owner of Apex Environmental, worked for Mavy’s Weed & Pest Control for 10 years before starting Apex. When the owner of Mavy’s Weed & Pest Control wanted to retire, Kaden was presented a great opportunity to continue the business under a new name, and thus Apex Environmental was created.    

YOU SAY YOU EXCLUSIVELY USE “GREEN SOLUTIONS.” WHAT ARE “GREEN SOLUTIONS?”

Our “green solutions” are pesticides and herbicides that are EPA certified to be pet and environmentally friendly through proper application. Our #1 goal is to provide you with safer, smarter, and better weed and pest control solutions. As a result, we only use the most advanced products in the industry that are aligned with our mission.

YOU JUST SERVICED MY HOME. HOW SOON UNTIL I CAN WATER AGAIN?

For best results, we recommend waiting 24 hours after our services before watering again. If you have a sprinkler system, we recommend resuming to a normal schedule the following day after our service.

 

WHEN IS IT OKAY TO GO OUTSIDE AFTER YOU SERVICE MY HOME?

We take extra precaution and recommend you and your pets wait until the product has dried before going outside. Our solutions are typically dry 45-60 minutes after our service. Once dried, you are free and safe to go outside.

WHAT PREPARATIONS SHOULD I MAKE BEFORE YOUR SERVICE?

For general weed control, our products work best when you do nothing. Mowing and weed whacking can send weeds into dormancy, which makes it harder for our products to be absorbed into the plant. You can mow and weed whack 24 hours after our service. For general pest control, it is best to remove any objects stored next to the foundation. This gives us better access to pest nesting sites.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PETS?

Our products are pet-friendly. This means that you can have 100% confidence that we are looking out for the things you love most. We keep your pets safe and out of harms way by using eco-friendly solutions.

ARE YOUR PEST CONTROL SOLUTIONS SAFE TO USE ON THE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE?

Absolutely. We use products on the inside of your home that are specifically formulated for safe inside treatment. The products we use on the inside of your home are the same products we use inside of hotels, restaurants, hospitals, day-cares, nursing homes, and more. Generally, the inside rarely needs to be treated though because our thorough exterior service eliminates most pest harborages.

IT JUST RAINED AFTER YOU SPRAYED. DO I NEED YOU TO COME BACK AND SPRAY AGAIN?

Our services still have 95% effectiveness even after an unplanned wash out or downpour minutes after we perform a service. We use specific solutions that are designed to withstand rain and last up to 90 days in normal conditions. If needed, we of course are more than happy to come back out and reservice. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every service we preform up to 21 days after the service is rendered.

 

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

We leave a service invoice on your door after our visit. You also can receive your service invoice via email or sent to a specific mailing address if you prefer. You can pay at the time of service with a check or cash, or you can pay via credit card, debit card, or PayPal online here. You can also mail a check to P.O. Box 4223 Bedford, WY 83112.

 

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR SERVICE?

Yes. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every service we perform up to 21 days after the service is rendered. On occasion, weeds or pests may return after we preform our service. If you have a weed or pest problem after our treatment, we’ll return to take care of the issue promptly at no extra charge. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, if the weeds or pests come back, we do too—absolutely free.

 

DO YOU HAVE CONTRACTS?

No. Generally, our customers ask us to put them on a recurring service program though. For existing customers, we will notify you before we come out. If you are expecting us to preform a service for you, but have not yet received a notification from us when we will be coming out, please contact us here so we can take care of you.
